For this young professional, we delivered a full design-build transformation focused on efficiency and smart planning. By carefully navigating co-op guidelines and avoiding the need for extensive architectural filings, we refined the existing layout and improved functionality. The result is a cohesive space anchored by a striking forest green kitchen.
